As we are a year into our second decade I’m still often asked, “What is the Chinese Quest?” Let me try to explain.

Here is a summary of the current website:

• Reviews: The website features reviews of various Chinese restaurants in Long Island and NYC, with ratings, photos, and descriptions of the dishes and the ambiance.
• Cuisine: The website also provides information and articles about different aspects of Chinese cuisine, such as regional styles, ingredients, recipes, history, and culture.
• Wine: The website offers tips and suggestions on how to pair wine with Chinese food, as well as trivia and definitions of wine terms.
• Chop Suey: The website’s blog section, where the authors share their personal stories, opinions, humor, and videos related to Chinese food and restaurants.
