A mainstay on the south shore of Long Island, Danny's Chinese Kitchen gets stellar reviews on Google and Yelp!  When the announcement came months ago that they were going to open a restaurant in Roslyn, NY, I was so excited.  The Grand Opening couldn't come soon enough. When the roads were deemed safe, I placed my order and drove over to pick it up. This one dish made it all worthwhile!

Royal Dim Sum, an authentic Cantonese Chinese restaurant, recently opened at the Samanea New York Mall (formerly known as the Source Mall, or more informally as the Fortunoff Mall) in Westbury, NY. Deng Ji is the sixth in a series of fancy Chinese restaurants serving authentic Chinese Cuisine. This is their first location on Long Island. There is also one in Flushing, NY. Will you like it? Eatery 19, an odd name, and an odd number, for a Chinese restaurant, opened over a year ago in the location that was occupied by Zouji after a fire forced them to relocate to Glen Cove. O Mandarin, in Hicksville, NY, opened a year and a half ago. We dined there a year ago. And now we are prepared to tell you the story of their magnificent Chinese restaurant. They have a sister restaurant, by the same name, in Hartsdale, NY, which has been packing in dining patrons for years. From all of the wood, and some of the Chefs and Wait Staff, that were imported from China, no expense was spared in its construction nor in it's food.
