Not yet to be classified as “Golden Oldie” Chinese restaurants (click here for pictures of those). But, years from now these photographs may take their place in our “Hall of Immortals”. While we hope not to have to add any more photographs to this collection, we also understand that Chinese restaurants have to adapt to current tastes, or maintain their heritage to authentic Chinese cuisines.
