Soup Dumplings have become the latest craze. At first a rarity, they've come out of the closet and are popping up in Chinese restaurants all over, and on plates, or soup spoons everywhere you look. But, do you properly know how to eat Soup Dumplings without getting burnt? Well, you better watch this video before you leap in to the Soup Dumpling craze face first!

What would Father's Day have been without a trip to "Little Dumpling" in Little Neck?  My little Dumpling, err, my little Mee, I mean, Mini Mee made sure that we capped off a spectacular Father's Day with some Chinese food of course!

Kung Fu Xiao Long Bao, a Shanghainese Chinese Restaurant located in Flushing, NY came touted to us as having THE BEST Soup Dumplings.  Even better than the Soup Dumplings at Joe's Shanghai.  That's quite a bold statement!  Were they?  You'll have to read on to find out if we agreed!

Where else would I take my little Boo, err Mini Mee aka The Dumpling King, out for dinner on Valentine's Day but to a Chinese restaurant that served Soup Dumplings.  After Saaho Village teased a picture on Facebook a few days ago of the Soup Dumplings that they recently added to their menu it was the obvious choice!

New Fu Run is an authentic Chinese restaurant in Great Neck, NY. Mini Mee and I took a quick run there this evenings to enjoy their Soup Dumplings and more!
