Hoi Ming Chinese Restaurant in West Sayville, NY is a throwback to the 1970's. This is the last bastion we fear (or cheer) of old Americanized Chinese food on Long Island. The restaurant was packed on Monday night. Clearly the locals adore it. Did we?
