First we reviewed Joe’s Shanghai of Flushing at the end of August 2013 – Which is currently sitting atop our Ranking of the Chinese restaurants on all of Long Island (yes, it’s in Flushing, and Flushing is in Queens… but Queens is all part of that one very long Long Island.)
