We went Back to the Future, when we recently dined at Brooklyn Dumpling Shop in Garden City, NY. Combing the Automat charm of Yesteryear, with the on point Contactless delivery in these COVID-19 years, the combination was poignant. But, what is successful?

Grand Opening: Kai Burgers & Dumplings in Great Neck Plaza, NY 11021 Asian fusion, hamburgers and dumplings obviously, and also Keto dishes, beef dishes too, oh my! The restaurant looks very modern and has a full bar and two large-screen televisions. We think you are going to like it. We wish Kai Burger & Dumplings lots of luck.  Let's all do our part as we come out of the pandemic and let's show our support of local businesses too.

Dining in COVID-19 days is quite the challenge. But China Station in Stony Brook, NY was up to the challenge and did not disappoint. Though major modifications had to be made for the safety of customers and employees, I'm glad to say that the menu was not modified at all.. When in Stony Brook, or nearby, come see why!

Manhattan and Queens' neighborhoods offer all the wonderful opportunities for you to savor the many delicate nuances of Chinese cuisine. This post may be more appropriate now, and much needed now, then when it was published exactly three years ago today, as we continue our battle against COVID-19.  COVID-19 is no laughing matter, but for all the people in the world being held "prisoners" in their own homes, and not even being able to order Chinese food delivery?  Now THAT truly is no laughing matter.  So, if a joke in here tickles your funny bone and for a brief moment distracts your mind, it's the least we can do.
