Ocean Seafood Chinese Restaurant was one of the very few Chinese restaurants that we found in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. For better or worse, sweet or sour, we dined there. Which was it?

We went Back to the Future, when we recently dined at Brooklyn Dumpling Shop in Garden City, NY. Combing the Automat charm of Yesteryear, with the on point Contactless delivery in these COVID-19 years, the combination was poignant. But, what is successful?

Tri Dim Shanghai, a Chinese restaurant on the upper east side of Manhattan at 1378 3rd Ave. New York, NY 10075 came highly recommended. We came, we ate, and we were blown away.
