Ingredients

Think about what you are mixing together and avoid mixing seafood entrees.  If you have a large amount of leftovers, you may need to add two eggs and two packets of soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Add leftover Chinese food, rice and all, to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add egg and soy sauce.
  3. Mix well to separate ingredients and coat with sauce.
  4. Spray a large frying pan with cooking spray and add butter.
  5. Pour in scoops of mixture to make pancakes
  6. Flatten mixture.
  7. Let brown, and then flip to cook on second side.
  8. Flip only once and cook through.

Please share with us pictures of your creation and a list of any special ingredients you used.
