It’s Me

Of the family Mee, so I’m formally known as Mee Magnum, or on the blog you’ll see my name signed as simply “meemagnum”.

I’m excited that you’re reading out blog (don’t worry, you’ll get to meet the four other guys soon, we’re just getting this blogging thing down… and the other four guys, ok, two of the four, aren’t real familiar with this whole blogsphere, but I promise you I’ll get them up to speed in no time.

So, the five of us have taken the initiative to share out dinner table, and our quest with you, and we hope that you’ll follow along.

Tonight was actually the second restaurant that we’ve visited on our quest.  And, let me tell you, though we haven’t had a bad meal yet, we certainly haven’t found THE best Chinese restaurant on all of Long Island.  Yet.

Tonight we ate at The Orient (623 Hicksville Road, Bethpage, NY 11714).

I’m not going to post a formal review in this post (for if I were, I would have put the name of the restaurant in the title of this thread rather than putting my name up there).  I am just taking a moment of your time to introduce myself.

I’m Jewish.  I love Chinese food.  And gosh darn it, I’m hungry!  (yes it was over an hour since we ate there 😉 )
