Total time: 50 minutes

Method:

Take a large bowl and add flour, dry sherry, baking powder, baking soda, 2 tbsps., soy sauce, 2 tbsps., cornstarch, 2 tbsps., water and canola oil in it. Prepare a good marinade and add chicken in the bowl. Cover the chicken in marinating and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Take a small pan now, and add chicken broth, 2 tbsps., soy sauce, ½ cup water, red chili paste, 2 tbsps., sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic and ¼ cup cornstarch in it. Once cooked, take the chicken out and drain it on paper towels.

Pour the chicken to a large platter and add the sauce on the top. Season it with sesame seeds.
