But like you, we plan… and God laughs (Guess, you never should have said “the Beatles are bigger than Jesus!”).

You must be asking, what does this post have to do with Chinese food, and Chinese restaurants?  Absolutely nothing!  And that’s alright.  I made my premise.  My intention was to write about food.  But, life happened!  And, that’s ok!

Life has thrown me a curve ball… but I’m swinging my chopsticks at it, I’m going to knock it right out of the ballpark.  My aim is true.  My mission clear.  Failure is not an option.

And you know what?  You’re going to write even better Chinese restaurant reviews now!  (I know, I know, they’re great already, how can we top them?  We will!)

Chinese food is our passion, and most of all, it is our comfort.  So, we will dive deep in… Lord knows we need comfort.  And good Chinese food!
