WANTED: CANTONESE STYLE RESTAURANT IN MANHATTAN

A Quest

On behalf of my cousin (Mee Mi Kee), I am sending out an official request for the name of a CLASSIC Cantonese style restaurant in NYC (Manhattan, but not China Town). He is looking for an old style restaurant that we all grew up on. This place would conjure up images of Sunday night dinners with family. Perhaps it would have real Duck Sauce to go with the homemade fried noodles to start the meal. It might even have Egg Rolls stuffed with pork & shrimp, and not just vegetables! The ribs would be real meaty, and barbequed to perfection with a tasty glaze. They might even give you real wet towels after your done. The Lobster Cantonese combined with the fried rice would make you wish you were a kid all over again. On the back of the menu, you will see “Combination” platters where you can order the whole meal in one shot.

DOES THIS PLACE EXIST?  Help a fellow Jew out, and recommend a GREAT spot to eat good old fashioned Cantonese style Chinese.

You can either reply in the Comments or email me direct [email protected]

On behalf of my cousin and the Jewish people,  THANK YOU!
